Computational
Biology is the discipline wherein computers comprise the principal
tool for conducting life science research and involves data
analysis, mathematical or numerical modeling, and graphical
or rule-based simulation. Researchers in the Stone laboratory
conduct Computational Biology at multiple levels, including
gene, cell, tissue, individual, population, species, and taxon.
